Stanley joined Thames & Newcastle in 1997 and studied quantity surveying while working on and off site. After gaining experience with a large main contractor, he returned in 2007 as managing surveyor and became a partner two years later.
Stanley has spent 30 years tendering and estimating a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on high-end residential work.
Stanley leads the consultancy’s commercial services, including cost planning, procurement, tender management and contract negotiation.

Daniel joined Thames & Newcastle in 2013 after a career with some of the UK’s largest main contractors, including Balfour Beatty and Kier Group. His experience includes the delivery of multi-million-pound hotel schemes in the Caribbean.
Daniel has extensive technical knowledge and specialises in programming, design coordination and quality control.
Daniel leads our project and construction management services and provides specialist advice on basements and structural waterproofing.

Andrew joined Thames & Newcastle in 2017 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects. He has extensive experience in groundworks and structural engineering and leads the group’s in-house basement team.
Where we are engaged as Construction Manager, Andrew manages projects on site and oversees all day-to-day site operations, including progress, quality and coordination between the design team and trade contractors.
